LEXI + NATE'S VOW RENEWAL AT SANTUCCI FARM

For their third wedding anniversary, Lexi and Nate decided to celebrate by having a vow renewal ceremony.

When they asked me to photograph it and plan and style it, I was so excited! One of their biggest requests was for it to be unique and colorful! In a world that seems to be obsessed with neutral palettes (don't get me wrong... I love a good neutral from time to time), this was a breath of fresh air!

They chose to have their vow renewal at Santucci Farm which is located in Mount Vernon, Washington. This venue is super diverse and can accommodate elopements and micro weddings... AND VOW RENEWALS, OBVIOUSLY!

My favorite part HAD to be Lexi's dress! I mean, LOOK AT IT. The best thing about it was that it was a rental! Renting a dress for a vow renewal or session is a great way to find exactly what you are looking for, save money, and be sustainable!

Their florals were also so unique! They were a mix of dried and fresh which, since it was diving into the winter season, is the perfect combination for this time of year in the PNW. You still have the pretty, live florals BUT you don't have to sacrifice color.

Here is the thing, vow renewals can look however you want! We don’t always need to run away to a mountain, if you love a garden on a farm let’s do it!
