This Olympic Peninsula Couple Session is one of the BIGGEST reminders as to why I choose to base my photography out of Washington State.

ASHTYN + LUKE’S OLYMPIC PENINSULA COUPLE SESSION

Ashtyn + Luke, two of my favorite people, adventure every year for their anniversary! Which, can I just say, is such a fun idea?! Since working with couples, I have found that often time, after the, “I DO,” love tends to go stagnant with the mundanes of life.

Choosing to truly celebrate, doing something you both love, every year can be such a breath of fresh air for your relationship!

ANYWAYS, I digress…

This year, they chose to rent a Westy to tour the Olympic Peninsula from Pennsylvania. SO COOL!!

I met them out in the Hoh Rainforest for a session with the old school Vanagon. We even had a break from the rain. If you are familiar with the area, this was super unexpected! I mean, it is a rainforest after all!

This session was super casual. Honestly, I think this made it so much more fun! Instead of focusing on a bunch of outside variables, we were able to zone in on Ashtyn + Luke and the love that they share together!
